With spectacular demographic growth, the population, which was 265,000 in 1980, reached 1 million in 2004, 3.5 million in 2022, and now exceeds 4 million in 2025. It is on track to reach 5.8 million by 2040. Yet the economic capital of the Emirates is one of the safest cities in the world, with one of the lowest crime rates internationally.
It is in this context that the principle of co-living comes into its own, and Hawk Invest creates the conditions for a safe, profitable, and sustainable investment.
