How to obtain a visa for the United Arab Emirates?

GOLDEN VISA
THE CRITERIA
The Golden Visa is available to individuals who:
Purchase a property with a loan from a specific bank.
Purchase one or more off-plan or completed homes worth at least AED 2 million from a licensed real estate agency.
Purchase a property worth at least AED 2 million, which is equivalent to approximately €500,000.

By obtaining this visa, your driver's license is automatically converted to a United Arab Emirates driver's license. RETIREMENT VISA
THE CRITERIA
The Retirement Visa is available to individuals aged 55 or older who meet the following criteria:
Ownership of a property or group of properties with a value of at least AED 1 million
A minimum amount of AED 215,000 in a local bank account
A minimum income of
€ 4 300
Have worked in the United Arab Emirates
for at least 15 years
